Hope House, Inc. is a residential treatment facility that serves women 18 years and older who suffer from the disease of substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders. Hope House serves three populations of women: homeless single women, pregnant women, and women with children, many who are seeking to regain custody of their children.

Confidentiality of Drug and Alcohol Records

The confidentiality of alcohol and drug abuse records maintained by this program is protected by Federal Law and regulations.  The program does not disclose to any person or entity outside of Hope House, Inc. that a client attends the program or any information regarding the client unless:

Violation of any Federal Law and regulations by a program is a crime.  Suspected violators may be reported to the appropriate authorities in accordance with Federal regulation.

Federal Law and regulations do not protect any information about a crime committed by a client either within the program or against any individual who works for the program or any threat to commit such a crime.

Federal Laws and regulations do not protect any information about special child abuse or neglect from being reported under State Law to appropriate State and local authorities.
