Hope House, Inc. is a residential treatment facility that serves women 18 years and older who suffer from the disease of substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders. Hope House serves three populations of women: homeless single women, pregnant women, and women with children, many who are seeking to regain custody of their children.

Employer Assistance Program (EAP)
Criteria for Volunteer Applicants:
- Criminal background check cleared by the Department of Human Resources (DHR)*
- Negative TB test*
- Valid driver's license and social security card
- A negative drug screen
- A 30 day training and adaption period. After the training period the Volunteer Coordinator and Volunteer will meet to evaluate the assignment.
*Any expense incurred by the Volunteer for the fore mentioned requirements will be reimbursed to the Volunteer by Hope House, Inc.
Volunteer Obligations:
- To provide accurate information during the application process
- To complete the expected requirements for volunteering (see above)
- To submit to an interview prior to volunteering
- To successfully complete the training and probationary period
- To adhere to the hours agreed upon by the volunteer and volunteer station
- To report to the Volunteer Coordinator any concerns regarding the volunteer position
